About Us

Strategy on a Page was first developed by Deri Llewellyn-Davies, Founder & CEO of Business Growth International (BGI), when he set his mind to bringing business leaders the insight into strategy he realised they are missing.

Deri and his team have a wealth of experience which has allowed them to develop and train others in the methodology BGI Strategy on a Page ™ - empowering enterprises of all sizes to create self-managing businesses with exponential growth.

Meet Deri and his team of experts who continue to ensure that Strategy on a Page works for your unique business. They've already proved its worth across industries, from one-person businesses up to 20 million pound companies.

Matthias Ossyra
Matthias Ossyra - Financial Controller

Matthias was born in Germany. In a past life he was a Musician, an Actor, Screen Writer and basically just an all round “creative dude”. His rock star style and good looks initially lead him to be an accomplished physiotherapist “back in the Fatherland”. Until 2009 when Matthias moved to London and found a job running a chain of Cafes. It was here he soon discovered that as a creative while “you can take the boy out of Germany, but you can't take Germany out of the boy.” Yes indeed, that old German efficiency ran through his blood and with just one sniff of bookkeeping and numbers, he was off. Apparently it seems that numbers, quadratic equations and efficient systems pump through Matthias' veins. Quite helpful if you run a business and especially for BGI.
